Mānuka Hydrosol

Mānuka Hydrosol is naturally antibacterial and antifungal, making it beneficial for a wide range of skin concerns including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. This 100% natural toner helps balance oily skin, gently removes makeup, excess oil, and daily buildup, and delivers nutrient‑rich hydration to support a clear, healthy complexion.

Our Mānuka is distilled solely for the purpose of producing a premium hydrosol, not as a by‑product of essential oil extraction. Using a slow, cool hydro‑distillation process, we retain the full spectrum of the plant’s water‑soluble compounds along with micro‑droplets of essential oil. This creates a high‑quality hydrosol with a naturally soft, milky appearance and potent therapeutic benefits.

The Mānuka used in this hydrosol is harvested from Māori ancestral land in Tahaaroa, Waikato, following tikanga Māori to honour the mauri of the whenua and the rākau.
To ensure purity and quality, we use water from Tapuae Springs, Taranaki, sourced from an aquifer fed by Mount Taranaki and filtered through layers of volcanic rock. Distillation takes place in a copper Alembic still, valued for its natural antibacterial properties, allowing us to create a pure hydrosol without preservatives.

Instructions for use and storage:
For use as a toner, following cleansing apply to a cotton pad or similar and wipe gently over face. Follow with moisturiser. As a natural pick me up or to balance the pH of your skin spritz directly on face once or twice a day.
